Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://jwphotographysehouston.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. JW Photography SE Houston reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, JW Photography SE Houston markets and arranges Portrait Photography, Sports Photography, Team Photography, Family Photography, Maternity Photography, Newborn Photography, Wedding Photography, Birthday Photography. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. JW Photography SE Houston (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. JW Photography SE Houston does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, JW Photography SE Houston's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify JW Photography SE Houston against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Law and Venue. TX law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TX.
Updates. JW Photography SE Houston reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
